How to update your Lyrical Host account contact details

This article explains how to update the contact details for your account. Your contact details are used for sending critical emails about your domain names, billing, overdue payments, suspensions, and so on.

Please ensure you use your main email address, one you check regularly, to avoid missing important billing emails that could lead to your services being suspended, and so that you can check you’re only renewing services and domain names you want to keep.

Please note that following the steps below does not change your account’s login email address. To change that, please see this article:How to change your Lyrical Host Hub account login email address.

To change your account contact details:

  1. Head here: https://hub.lyricalhost.com/clientarea.php?action=details
  2. For the field that begins “Contact Email Address,” enter the email address you want to use for your contact details.
  3. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the “Save Changes” button.
  4. Wait for the page to refresh and the green message that indicates your changes have been saved successfully.

At the bottom of the page you can choose which types of emails you want to receive. As none of these are marketing emails, we strongly recommend keeping all of them on to avoid disruption to your services and to avoid being billed for anything you no longer want.
