How to unsuspend your services

Your hosting should renew automatically, and our system will email you if a payment fails for any reason (the most common reasons are: card expiry, the address for your account with us not matching the address your bank has on file for you, or your bank has decided to not honor the payment). Please update your details or get in touch for help as soon as possible. If your payment fails, our system will try to take payment again the next day.

If your hosting account goes overdue too long, and you miss the warning emails, your website will be suspended (i.e. not publicly available) until the balance is paid.

To reactivate your website once it's become suspended, please do the following:

  1. Pay outstanding invoices by logging into https://hub.lyricalhost.com and going to Billing > Invoices.
  2. Wait 30 minutes for our system to automatically reactivate your website.

If you have any questions or concerns, please raise a support ticket.
