How do I submit JavaScript in my support ticket/I got a Wordfence error when submitting a ticket

For security reasons our ticket system won't let you submit certain types of code through a ticket, including JavaScript (most commonly used for verification code such as Google Analytics). If you receive a Wordfence error when trying to submit a ticket, this means your submission has been blocked and we haven't received your ticket.

To send code to our support team, we recommend pasting it into Pastebin instead of directly into a ticket. To do this:

1. Sign up for a free account at pastebin.com

2. Click the "Add new paste" button.

3. Paste your code into the provided box ("New Paste").

4. At the bottom of the page, find the "Paste Exposure" dropdown and click "Unlisted" so your paste isn't public.

5. Click the "Create new paste" button to save your paste.

6. In your browser's web address bar, copy the randomly generated URL (e.g. https://pastebin.com/9BhEG32Y)

7. Paste the URL into your support ticket.
