We send multiple emails when a payment is due on your account. After 10 days, if you haven't paid or contacted our support team about an issue you have paying, we have no choice but to suspend your services.
Please note that canceling payments or removing methods of payment doesn't constitute cancelation of your Lyrical Host account, as per our terms and conditions. To cancel your account, you need to contact our support team at least 72 hours before your next payment is due.
