How to add funds to your account

You can add funds to your account and use them to pay for your Lyrical Host services. This is a good fallback in case you miss seeing an invoice or your card on file expires.

You can add funds using your PayPal account or via a debit or credit card (MasterCard, Visa, or American Express). Please note that if you're on a recurring PayPal subscription, we recommend not adding funds to your account as due to limitations with PayPal's recurring payment system, PayPal will take the payment again even if it has already been paid from your account credit.

1. Go to https://hub.lyricalhost.com and log in with your usual details.

2. In the top navigation bar, click the drop down arrow next to 'Billing', and choose 'Add Funds':

3. Add funds using your choice of payment method. You should see that the amount has been added to your balance and receive an email receipt as confirmation.

Please note that if you try to add funds and for some reason the payment doesn't go through (e.g. your bank is overly cautious and stops it as a security measure), it will still generate an invoice in our system. You'll want to have our team cancel the invoice, or to pay the generated invoice directly from your Hub account under Billing > My Invoices to avoid getting email reminders from our system about an unpaid invoice.
