You can add sub-users you trust to your Hub account to access your Lyrical Host services and raise tickets on your behalf. We strongly recommend only giving access to people you'd trust with your life!
You can choose what features a sub-user has access to, including:
- Modifying the master account profile
- Viewing and managing contacts
- Viewing products and services
- Viewing and modifying product passwords
- Performing single sign-on
- Viewing domains
- Managing domain settings
- Viewing and paying invoices
- Viewing and accepting quotes
- Viewing and opening support tickets
- Viewing and managing your affiliate account
- Viewing emails
- Placing new orders and upgrades, and requesting cancellation
To add a sub-user:
1. Go to https://hub.lyricalhost.com/account/users
2. Enter the email address of the person you're wanting to add to your account in the "Invite New User" section
3. Select whether you want to give them full access or only specific permissions.
4. Click Send Invite.
5. Once the invite has been accepted the new user will be able to log in to your account by going to https://hub.lyricalhost.com/clientarea.php
