Step 1: Please raise a support ticket at https://hub.lyricalhost.com/submitticket.php with the subject "Legacy wishes" to request a copy of the two documents you need.
Step 2: Complete the "Legacy Wishes" and "Trusted Contact" documents provided by our support team and attach them to the support ticket before submitting.
Step 3: Our support team will confirm your submission and ask any other follow up questions needed.
Step 4: If your preferences change, please reopen your support ticket with the new details and we will update your account notes accordingly.
