If you're logging into LyricalCP for the first time:
In your hosting account Welcome email, you'll receive a link to our Getting Started page, which has instructions on how to set up your control panel account for the first time as well as a bunch of other useful info and links. This is done as a separate step and your login details will be different to your Hub ones for security purposes.
Here's a recap of the instructions for logging in first time:
- Log in to the Lyrical Host Hub (https://hub.lyricalhost.com/clientarea.php) using the details you just signed up with for your general Lyrical Host account.
- From there, click 'Services' and then your hosting package (click the empty space next to your domain name rather than the domain name itself, as shown in the image below. If you have a visual impairment and need help, please contact our support team who will be more than happy to assist):
- Click the 'Log in to Control Panel' button and then the 'Change Password' link in the top navigation bar.
- Your Lyrical Host Control Panel username is your Lyrical Host account email address. You use that and the password you just set to log in at https://cp.lyricalhost.com.
If you're logging into LyricalCP and it's not your first time:
Head to https://cp.lyricalhost.com and use your regular login details. You can reset your password using the password reset link on the login page if you've forgotten your details.
