This article explains how to transfer .com and .uk domains from 123-Reg to Lyrical Host. (Side note: .uk domains include .co.uk, .org.uk, .me.uk,  and .uk).

Please note that for a .com domain name, you should have at least 7 days left before it's due to expire to transfer it, and for a .uk domain name 48 hours is recommended.

To transfer a non .uk domain:

1. Log in to your 123-Reg control panel.
2. In the "Domain Names" section, choose the domain name you want to transfer from the dropdown list and click the "Manage" button.
3. Select "Manage Domain Locking" then select "Unlock Domain" link to change your domain name to the unlocked status.
4. Return to the previous menu by selecting "Back to Control Panel".
5. Select "Request Authorisation Code" to see your authorisation code. It will be generated with random numbers, letters, and symbols (Make sure to take a note of this code, as you'll need it to complete your order!).
6. Now you've unlocked the domain and have the authorisation code, visit https://hub.lyricalhost.com/cart.php?a=add&domain=transfer to place your transfer order.

To transfer any .uk domain:

1. Log in to your 123-Reg control panel.
2. In the "Domain Names" section, choose the domain name you want to transfer from the dropdown list and click the "Manage" button.
3. Click on the "IPS Tag" option.
4. This will take you to the "Change IPS Tag" page. Enter STACK in the space provided and then click on the "Change IPS TAG Now" button.
5. Once you've done this, visit https://hub.lyricalhost.com/cart.php?a=add&domain=transfer and place the transfer order. Please note that you won't need an authorisation code for the .uk domain transfers.
