How to fix the 'Mailbox does not exist' error

After creating a new mailbox/email address in your account, you'll have instant access to webmail, password changes, and other features.

However, it takes around 30 minutes from the time you created the new email address for it to be configured in our system. If you receive a "Mailbox does not exist" error, don't panic - it just means your email address is still being set up by our system and it's just a case of waiting out the half hour.

If after half an hour you're still seeing a problem, please contact our support team and they will investigate further to check that everything's okay.
